Service Description

PlatformLabs provides a platform for organizing and hosting business networking events aimed at connecting startups, investors, and large enterprises. Our services include event organization, matchmaking, and facilitation of networking opportunities. These services are provided in collaboration with our Korean subsidiary, Bigbang Angels.

User Responsibilities

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering for or attending our events, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To participate in our events, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in our events and use of our services do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Event Participation

Conduct at Events

You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times during our events. Harassment, discrimination, and any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the event and prohibition from future events.

Confidentiality

You may be exposed to confidential information during our events. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through our services, including but not limited to event materials, logos, and trademarks, are the property of PlatformLabs or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such content or materials without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlatformLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlatformLabs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
